My full bio
Isabella brings a range of skills from her time in academic health research at Menzies School of Health Research, including qualitative and quantitative research skills, grant writing and management, and stakeholder engagement. Isabella has worked and lived in Darwin, Northern Territory for several years and has focused her work on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, particularly chronic disease. Most recently Isabella has led work on the transition of two clinical registers to data extraction methodologies, which involved stakeholder mapping and engagement, working with multiple data sources across two regions, and data analysis.

Isabella has also worked in the First Nations Health Division in the Commonwealth Department of Health and was a key team member of the Data and Research team, working closely with other government agencies and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations to produce evidence-based policy. From both sectors, Isabella has developed strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
